Registration through the web page is closed. If you want to participate at the Conference you must register directly at the venue, Hotel Meliá Sitges. Registration desk opens on Sunday March 11 from 16.30 to 19.30 h. and on Monday March 12 from 08.00 h.

The Conference has a limit of 250 participants.

(*) Students have to provide a certificate from his/her Phd supervisor when registering, otherwise Senior fee will be charged. The participation of students is encouraged. In case of need, individual students can contact the organizing committee through the Conference Secretariat and ask if additional support could be provided by DS3F.
 
Participation of Users and Stakeholders:
Registration for users, stakeholders, representatives of science policy offices, scientific officers, managers and, in general, individuals with a non-scientific profile are also welcome to participate at the Conference.
If you want to participate, please send an e-mail to the Conference Secretariat indicating if you are a user or stakeholder (i.e. a non-scientist participant). The Organizing Committee will individually notify the acceptation of these participants.
These participants do not need to submit an abstract.
 
Registration fee includes:

  • Lunches on March 12th and 13th
  • Admission to the Ice Breaker Party on March 11th and Conference Dinner on March 12th
Please note that the effective date for your Conference registration is the date we receive your payment and not the receipt of the registration. Once the full payment reach the Technical Secretariat, a letter of confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
 
You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration documents. During the Conference, this badge must be clearly visible at all times and will grant you access to the Poster Exhibition.
 
Extra tickets for the Conference Dinner could be bought through the on-line registration and reservation form, the cost of each extra ticket is 75,00 €.
 
Terms of payment:
The total amount should be paid in EURO (payments in other currencies will not be accepted) in favour of Mondial & Cititravel Congresos and by one of the two following procedures:

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received before January 13, 2012 are subject to an administrative charge of 30%. No refunds will be awarded on cancellations received after that date. Refund requests should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat.
 
Please present your letter of confirmation at the registration desk upon arrival.
